Julhas has been serving as a core team member of the CAPTURA project since 2020. He is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of project activities, including data collection, management, analysis, and reporting. He also leads the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of surveillance systems and digital tools developed under CAPTURA/TACE. In addition to his technical responsibilities, Julhas serves as a master trainer, regularly conducting capacity-building sessions on AMR data management and visualization using WHONET and QAAPT.
